Ada loves taking baths. As soon as we turn the water on, she feels soothed and ready for bath time. Here she is in her tub in our bathroom sink. Chris and I have become pros at this. After filling the bath, we let her twinkle her toes in the warm water so that she gets a bit used to it. As soon as she goes in, she starts kicking her feet because its fun to splash in water. The funniest thing about bath time is Ada's hair. Her hair is stick straight but once its wet, it gets all curly - which is a Chris Caccamise thing. Ada has her dad's hair. We found a little trick - we dry her hair before we pull her out of the bath - so that her head is nice and warm. Then we turn on a little heater and give her a baby massage, slathering on the lotion to sooth her baby eczema (unfortunately that is from the Moon side). All together we begin to chant her "baby massage" song.... "Baby massage. Baby Massage. Get me to my baby spa...." Girlfriend loves it.
