100 Days! December 21, 2008
Here is Ada on her baek-il 100 day birthday. We can't get over how much she has grown in just 100 days. She loves to talk, especially in the mornings, plays with her hands, loves to make eye contact with smiling faces and recognizes different people in her life, laughs and squeals, prefers sitting up to scan the room, and thankfully sleeps from 6pm until 3am and again until 6:30am. She has grown 5 inches and is now about 26 inches long and is definately over 15 lbs heavy. Isn't this shirt hilarious? It reminds me of something I would have worn as a kid...

The Dryer & The Giraffe
...are two things Ada loves. Just yesterday she learned how to grab for her giraffe, a little toy that Anna Padgett got for Ada (thanks Anna!). She is still learning how to bring the giraffe to her mouth - she wants to bite on everything. Also, we received this beautiful blanket in the mail but we have no idea who sent it...was it you??

Chris is finally here in New Mexico. Ada is now three months old! She is drooling quite a bit - an early teether! If you lift her upper lip you can see two little white dots in her gums (this will be a hard picture to get!). She is still working on holding up her head, and now realizes she has hands. She likes playing around with them, reaching for things here and there, but gets frustrated because she can not coordinate her movements just yet....
